Since launching last month, talentburst™ has received a massive influx of CVs from candidates from universities across the UK. Hundreds of CVs have been received from a range of undergraduates, postgraduates and recent university graduates for placements in a variety of different sectors.

"The amount of interest in what we are offering has been overwhelming," comments co-founder, Kunal Patel. "Within just a few days, we received hundreds of outstanding CVs from candidates ranging from 1st year undergraduates to PhDs and MBAs. We have received applications from candidates studying subjects ranging from graphic design to theoretical physics!"

talentburst™ is an exciting new company which offers university students and recent graduates the opportunity to gain experience working in growing, entrepreneurial companies on flexible, temporary placements throughout the year. These companies range from small start-ups which have recently received funding to larger companies wanting to increase their pool of talent.

Co-founders Kunal Patel and Emma Yap decided to set up talentburst™ in response to what they felt was a shortage of career options for university students and graduates who do not want to work in the City, and to enable growing companies to attract the best and brightest talent without the need for a costly and time-consuming recruitment campaign.

talentburst™ is initially launching in Cambridge, and will be launching nationwide later this year.
