talentburst™ provides university students and graduates with the opportunity to work on exciting paid placements in growing, ambitious companies. We also offer a range of permanent graduate positions. Our service is completely FREE for students and recent graduates!

The companies which we currently work with are typically looking to expand their talent base, and range from newly-funded startups with a few employees to larger, more established companies which are hoping to grow in size. They provide challenging, interesting work for candidates, in a dynamic environment.

Key benefits

Unique, dynamic and interesting placements - several of the companies we work with do not normally advertise placements to students, so working on a talentburst™ placement really is a unique opportunity. You will be working in a much more intimate environment than in a typical corporate placement, with much less bureaucracy.

Flexible placements throughout the year - our placements are incredibly flexible. You can work at any time during the year, on 2 week to 12 month placements, and even work part-time! For example, you might decide to work for a couple of months on a talentburst™ placement while applying for permanent jobs. talentburst™ also offers candidates a range of exciting permanent positions.
